MTB Nationals @ Cascades - XC

The weather was pretty miserable for the morning of the XC, so i had to do some hiding away in the forests. Racing has definitely picked up a level, with all the guys on the limit. Ended up with a couple of interesting shots in the end - just playing with flash and the local scenery.

Giba BMX Nationals

I spent the weekend shooting the BMX Nationals down at Giba, where the racing was pretty fierce. Having 2 days to shoot allowed for some creativity beyond the necessary shots, definitely giving me time to play a bit. These are some of my favourites from the weekend (taken from the batch of about 500!)

So its back to shooting BMX again - the first for the year. Thought I would go check out the new nationals track @ Giba Gorge on Sunday. Its looking hot and gonna be some good racing in three weeks time!
